So how would I deal with this? Wouldn't most of it go away with some more cardio? I'm still at around 18-19% body fat I think so I have a ways to go.

you are the same height as me.. i'm a bit lighter at the moment ( 153 ) I'd cut a little fat off for summer ( while still lifting obviously ) and then do some clean bulking for a few months.

Nah it doesn't look like you have gyno, it looks like you've been working your chest and have a little fat up there... don't sweat it. I'd say go on a clean bulk and if you're not doing cardio, maybe start doing a little.Originally Posted by ASUFan22

Thanks guys. I am clean bulking right now and doing cardio, though I've gotten lazy with the cardio recently and do need to get it back to 3-4 times a week. I'll start cutting in late April or early may. Hopefully I'll be around 165 by then with minimal fat gained.
