    BOMMMB Chili

Okay, this is chili made with 90/10 beef.....some may say use fattier beef, but you get your required fat needs per meal, so I dont see the point of overdoing it....on to the recipe

    Ingredients:
    1 lbs 90/10 ground beef
1/3-1/2 a pouch of chili seasoning
    1/2 an onion
    a few mushrooms
    1oz sharp cheddar cheese
    1tbsp sour cream
    1 1/2 cups water

    Procedure:
    1. brown beef and set aside
    2. pour fat from beef back into the pan and saute your mushrooms and onions
    3. Add beef back to pan, add the water and mix in chili seasoning
    4. bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes
    5. put in your bowl, top with sour cream and cheese and smile

    Simple and easy and yummy......

I have made this 2x and it's great, I cook it all in a pan then throw it into a crock pot and put it on low. Very easy to make and tastes pretty good.

Onions aren't keto friendly, but this could still work.

Also, chili mix is stupid. You can EASILY make your own mix out of other ingredients and make it carb-free! This could be a really great meal.
