    plan

    trying to tone and lose bf%, 5'9" 160 lbs, doing cardio 4 times a week for 20 mins

    diet:
    breakfast: scrambled eggs w/onion and peppers

    lunch: chicken, brown rice and green salad

    dinner: chicken and green salad

    pre workout food: brown rice, protein source

    postworkout diet is usually my lunch
