Heres a list of stuff i bought, had some extra money laying around and a supplement store that was closing...CHEAP!! just wondering if anyone has a couple of minutes to educate me on which of the supplements i should be taking, at wat time of the day, and incorporated along with my workouts...its not a huge list at all, just wanna do it right...can anyone help clear this up for me?!
