So lately I've been wanting to eat some ice cream, but eating a half cup for 300 calories doesn't seem to be worth it while on a cut. What kind of thinks do you guys eat that taste good but aren't so calorie dense? And please don't say fruit, they don't kill the cravings lol

Fitting in 300 calories of ice cream into any cutting diet should be simple. At 229 lbs, your macros should be more than amenable to it. These restrictive habits are what lead to binges. If you're salivating when you go past the freezer aisle, I would say it's "worth it" to fit it into your diet.
Nothing is going to prove an adequate substitute.

I have the same problem. It's not that I can't fit 1 serving into my macros. It's that I can't stop at one serving.
Breyers is not as good as premium ice cream (aka Ben and Jerry's, which rocks) but they come pretty close at roughly 1/2 the calories. The Breyer's Blast golden Oreo and Waffle Cone are particularly good.

If I am craving ice cream and I don't have alot of calories left for the day, I eat breyers no sugar no fat vanilla icecream. Doesn't have as much calories, its not as awesome as regular icecream, but you can eat a bowl for usually less than 1 serving of normal icecream. And it helps kill cravings. Also another alternative, is check out Skinny Cow icecream sandwiches. 150 calories, and the cookies and cream and chocolate peanut butter ones are awesome! There are alot of different other choices you can try, you just got to read the label, and let it guide you to your desire.

not srs. incorporate only like a half an hour of cardio so you can enjoy about 3-4 more servings of ice cream if you're craving it that badTo every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven;
