    This is my back routine, it's combined with biceps too. Is it too much?

    Deadlifts
    Wide Grip Row
    Seated Row
    Lat Pulldown
    One arm Row

    i would say no by the amount of exercises but it depends on sets and reps.

    Not overtraining, but id say get rid of one of the rows for some pullups
