I am 17 and am trying to cut some fat to get a six pack. I am 5-11 170 and on the verge of a six pack. I am trying to get ripped without losing much of my muscle(bc i dont have too much to lose). I have been running in the mornings 2 days on 1 day off for 2 weeks for 30 mins at between 170 and 185 hrpm. Can anyone tell me if this is enough or too much?
that sounds good, usually your suppose to do cardio 4-5 times a week on average of 30 minutes each session, 180bpm is fine as long as u dont feel dizzy or have chest discomfort in anyway
yeah i just did the 2 on 1 off so if i do miss a day i wont have to miss another to stay on schedule. i think my hr might be alittle above average and this is why i can stay at 180-185 for 20-30 mins.
