bf%?

dropped bout 7kg since the last 3mths.. any idea how much my bf% is? i'm about 172cm tall..

At least 20, probably higher (20-25 somwhere). Bulk? Do yourself a favor and get physically fit before you even consider gaining weight again. "bulking" is usually more effective when you're lean and athletic.

I suggest clean bulk , you have so little muscle that cut will be very difficult

18 - 20 % - Definitely need to add muscle. I agree with HyperX ... a good clean bulk. From the pics, you need to get in shape. Look at the 5x5 program. There are tons of threads on it. It is a very good all-around program. Add a little cardio (don't forget about your heart), eat healthy, and you will be on your way. Don't complicate things just yet - just get in good condition.
