One body part a day?
I have tried many different workout programs and have decided to try a new one. My current program will look like this-
Mon- Chest
Tues- Back
Wed- off
Thurs- Tri's/Bi's
Fri- Legs/ Abs
Sat- off
repeat
I will be performing 2-5 sets of 8-15 reps on all exercises. I will typically do 6 excersies per body part on chest & back, and 4 per body part on thurs. and fri.
I typically try to do a major compound lift followed by a more isolated less weight lift. Example- Chest would look like:
BB Bench- 15, 12, 10, 8
- Flat chest flies- 3 x 12
Incline BB Bench- 15, 12, 10, 8
- Pullovers- 3 x 12
Decline BB Bench- 15, 12, 10, 8
- DB's together in middle of chest decline bench. 3 x 12
Every day would follow those guidelines. Has anyone else tried something like this and are there any suggestions anyone might have? I tried my first chest work out last night and loved the pump I felt. I can only wait for legs
Thanks in advance

What about the deltzorz!1!?!?!
Srsly, what about the deltzorz?
Here's what I'm currently doing. I'm a bb'er, ya know.
Mon. - Chest + 1 semi-heavy bicep exercise
Tue. - Back + 1 semi-heavy tricep exercise
Wed. - Legs
Thu. - OFF
Fri. - Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's
This gives me one extra day to rest my tri's before my shoulder work.

I'd consider switching legs and shoulder days. You may be fine how you have it. or you may find your shoulders aren't fully recovered before you hit chest. Remember, Front delts are hit to a great degree during your incline chest movements
