    Question home made squat rack

ok, i am tired of being able to use around 135 pounds to squat with at my house. i finally got strong enough to do this 12 times easy, and think if i had security i could go to 20. anyway, i saw a youtube video of this guy squatting with driveway tar buckets for the rack. so i took two plastic doubl;e drawers, and put a tire ontop of each and made a squat rack. i had my friend sit on the drawers who weighs 160 pounds and they dented a little but he sat thewre for awhile anyway no problem. ill only be squatting with maybe 155 or so. and even if i do 160, ill be dividing over each side of the rack right opinions?

just rest the bar at your hip flexor

ofcourse you need your hands to hold it from slipping, thats what i do at home, once you progress you can do 315 easy like that, and it's safe no need for racks and ****

im pissed i need one more tire than my sqiat rack would be ok. right now its super low, like below parallel, so its really trouble unracking the weight. i was testing it with 115, and i had to kneel on the ground and lift the weight with my knewe. that **** wont fly with 155 =(

it can proabably hold some weight, havent made one. the supplies are all pretty cheap. a 80lb bag of cement is under 10dollars and the lumber is fairly cheap too. i would say you would have 40dollars invested in it max. i would just stick with cement instead of pavement(not sure if it would make a difference) since cement is so cheap anyway. it looks pretty sturdy, let me know how it turns out if u decide to make one.
