Is it safe to do supersets then cardio (cardio usually consists of a total of 6 laps walking on incline, 2 laps running..) dont wanna rush my heart too much
Diet...
5 meals, 2 shakes (1 in the morning 1 immed. following workout)
i eat instant oatmeal lol, bananas, grilled chicken, brown rice, salmon, tilapia, salad, all vegetables have about 2 or 3 servings a day, turkey, and bread but only whole wheat, peanut butter, and of course drink nothing but water... except on saturday night lol
Training...
superset chest/tri.. back/bi... then normal lift legs and shoulders... try to get each body part twice a week, cardio is done 5 days a week, usually 30-40 minutes on the treadmill
Shootin for 10% bf in the next 2 months, i dont really know what my bf% is now but i would guess around 15%... Currently 5'10 175
So any feedback on my diet (i feel its pretty solid) and usage of the lipo 6 would be great... only other pills i take are fish oil
