So I did my bullking for about 2 months with creatine, i'd take 5-6grams of creatine before or after my workout, and my diet was always tuna/salmon, chicken, peanut butter sandwhiches, and...that was about it. oh and alot of water!!!
now im off my bulking phase i guess you could call it, i got bulked up just enough for now, and now i want to get more definition, lower my bf%, and get cut. So i stopped taking creatine, and i got on Lipo 6. Now my diet is mainly just a bagfull of veggies in butter(steamed! and 45calories!), chicken and grilled steak. The thing is, the Lipo 6 cut down my appetite so much im almost eating once a day only. i take 2 pills in the morning, 2 in the after noon before my workout, after my workout i eat. But when i workout now, i have almost no energy at all. it's like my pumping power has gone down to 0 !
its tempted me to get back on creatine so i can gain my energy back because it gave me alot of that! but creatine also retains water which will pretty much neutralize my cutting phase.
so...any ideas anyone? i appreciate any feedback

p.s- i also did cardio, HIIT. always running atleast 4 miles...now i cant run because i havnt the energy
