    La tortilla factory?

    Are they healthy?
    80 calories 14g fiber 8 g protien 3 g fat 19 total carb (5 net carb) and i think like 17% daily salt
    Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Oat Fiber, Soy Bean Flour, Cold Pressed Canola Oil And/Or Safflower Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Calcium Propionate (To Maintain Freshness).

    I eat them every day, great source of fiber! Something I've noticed is that La Tortilla Factory doesn't count calories from fiber, whereas other similar tortilla companies do. Do with that what you will. They're perfect if you need to eat and run.
