In the past i have learned that proper nutrion is vital before a good, or should i say HARD workout. But i want to know is which "booster" do you use or which have better effects in the gym. For example eating burger and chips (fries) will do no good for you. Also would you recommend using creatine for post workout. thanks for your time.
