So my Mom was heading to the mall, and I needed some Dextrose or Maldextrose(didn't matter to me), so I decided to ask my mom to pick some up for me. Easy eneough right? WRONG.
She comes back, and tells me that the people at GNC had no idea what Dextrose or Maldextrose was, and they didn't know "if it was an ingredient or a brand"
I'm mad right now, and I should have ordered from bb.com

It's cool. Last time I walked into a GNC and asked about a Casein Complex the guy looked at me like I was making **** up off the top of my head.

I've done supplement research, and I've read a lot of information saying that you need a simple sugar(dextrose) in your workout shake.

What is maldextrose? lol, it's maltodextrin, and alot of people say it sucks because it turns your shake all slimey, dextrose ftw, go to a brewery shop, they will probly have dextrose.

yeah i had one lady at the gnc when i went on vcation to florida (she was the franchise owners daughter) and she didnt know who ronnie coleman was..after like 3 minutes of trying to explain i took one of the bsn magazines that they had and i showed her and she said "oh the big black guy! i know who your talkin about now!"
