Im curious to see what peoples opinions are on CoQ10 and the dosages they are running. I see alot of people taking around 50mg. I have also found that NOW nutrition makes a 600mg cap of CoQ10.

120mg is great for the heart. In the studies less that 1% had sides with high dosage.
