I got a decent workout in but obviously not as good as one with a fully healed foot. I limp around when I walk and can't wear shoes because my doctor said that the new skin is still fresh. I want to continue lifting but i'm not sure if I should risk anything happening to the injury. Can I get some help with this one? Thanks

personally I wouldn't even think about lifting - burn injuries are serious especially to the degree that you have had happen to you...
They are also very sensitive and prone to infection so I would just take care of it until it's healed completely...
