Whipped cream issues
Hi all
Im in australia and I cant seem to find any 0carb whipped cream. The best I can do has 1.2g per serve and 4.8g per 100g. I really like the stuff in my coffee but not too sure about its keto worthiness.
Any suggestions appreciated

You could just use whipping cream and pour it into your coffee, or you could make your own, take the whipping cream and whisk/beat it until it is the consistency of whipped cream. If you need to, you can always add in some splenda/whatever 0 carb sweetener you want, but it would be better to leave it plain. (EDIT- for macros, not necessarily flavor)

I don't think there is any zero carb cream, but generally, there is such a high proportion of fat to carbs that it works on keto. 4.8g of carbs per 100ml sounds like one of those low fat creams. You might do better if you ask for heavy or double cream.

It's not Heavy whipped cream.....look for Heavy whipping cream. It is in the milk section. It comes in a milk carton. It's basically pure milk fat. You then use the cream and "Whip" it yourself. Add in some splenda if you want when whipping it.

I've just bought extra thick double cream and eaten it straight out of the pot.. is that still okay nutritionally, even if it isn't the tastiest part of the meal?
Or do I have to whip cream before I consume it?

Whipping it is just for the texture. Totally up to you, doesn't change the nutritional value.
