    How much BCAA a day?

    How much BCAA should I be taking a day? I weigh around 205-210. The pills i got are 600mg/serving. I was planning on taking a serving between lifting and cardio. Thoughts? Should i be taking more than just one serving a day and if so, at when it he optimal time? Thanks.

    The studies I was familiar with took a minimum of 2g per day.
    I would take it around the time of your workout.

    Half the bottle... lol... handfuls of pills in other words... buy a powdered product next time if you want to use BCAAs ... more for your $ .
