Non-injury but a problem i think. excessive quivering

I'm learning from this website, i have not started actually started working out. its been about 10 years since i've done any lifting.

    My symptoms:

like the title says, i have excessive muscle quivering.

    some examples:

my legs, arms, mid section, when stretching

when i grip a cap to take it off of a bottle, my forearms quiver

repositioning myself in bed, in chair etc whatever muscle i'm using shakes.

even when i kiss my wife my lips do the same... its really annoying and it seems like it may be getting worse with time

You should see your doctor about that. It could be benign fasciculations which is just minor muscle twitches which can be caused by many things like stress, anxiety, exertion, diet, too much caffeine, ect. However, it could also be something neurological causing it, especially since you say it seems to be getting worse. I am no doctor though, so if you are really concerned or annoyed see your doctor.

You might just have poor muscle balance/control. Try something like pilates or yoga. It'll get you in shape for lifting by building the basic stabilizing strength and flexibility you'll need to avoid injury.

i get the same way sometimes if i have over done it at the gym. have the problem in my legs a lot too because of a back injury that caused some nerve damage so that adds to mine a bit too.

Definitely go see your doctor as soon as you can. It could be a simple essential tremor that is quite common, however it does sound more serious than that.
The first rule of cheat club is you do not talk about cheat club. The second rule of cheat club is you DO NOT talk about cheat club. Third rule of cheat cub, someone yells stop!, goes limp, taps out, the cheat is over. Fourth rule, one cheat at a time, fellas. Fifth rule, cheats will go on as long as they have to. And the sixth and final rule, if this is your first night at cheat club, you have to cheat.
