Suggestions for Getting the Last bit of a Cut

I am currently 163 lbs. at 5' 7''. I am done from 180 lbs. about 2 months ago. I would like to get down to about 145 or 150. My macros that work best for me at 45% protein 30 % carbs and 25% fat, with about 75% of the fats being Mono. This week I am currently around 1600 calories a day. I weight train 5 days a week with 3 days of cardio, with Sunday completely off. I am taking a whey protein, and a creatine mono, is there anything else anyone else would like to add that would help me in losing the last 15 lbs or so. I know its all about diet, but the fact is my is really good, but I've seemed to have hit a plateu. I've read a lot of posts on here, but still am at a loss for a direction I should take. Thanks.

how did you react to the creatine? you may be retaining some excess water from that. you might want to drop it.

also make sure you are eating extremely clean, and don't go below the calorie number you are eating now. if you did that, that would be too low.

add some ephedrine and caffeine. search the forums for the millions of threads about it.

also there is a topical fat burner that has got some rave reviews that should be used in the last phases of a cut to get that last bit off, or to help to at least. it's made by Avant and is called Napalm. it is available here on the site.

also you're pretty damn skinny, so after this little cut that you do, do a clean bulk to keep most of the fat off and put some good quality muscle on.

if you've platued in your weight loss i dont think the answer is in the suppliment forum. If you've been doing a standard moderate carb diet try keto or velocity or something.

I'd move on over to the nutrition thread or the fat loss section

Maxwell - Thanks for the info, I've been on the creatine mono the entire time from 180 down to what I am now, so I don't think that is the problem, but maybe I should drop it to get to the rest of the way? But yes I'm planning on bulking up than after i get down to my desired weight.

Dino - I do cardio at 630 am till 7 3 days a week, I weight lift from 445-6 5 days a week, and I sleep from 1030-530 on average sometimes I sleep in till 6.

Eric - I hear you on this one, but I really don't like diets that limit your carbs as much as Keto, I might try to lower my carbs thought to about 100-125 grams a day. Right now im probably at 150-160.

Thanks all

Hey, you could try USPLabs Anabolic Pump to make sure that those carbohydrates you're eating are going to muscle cells and not fat cells. It's great for adding muscle and losing fat.

How long have you been doing the same routine? It's possible that your body has become used to it, so you might think about changing it up a bit to shock your body. Also, maybe try upping your cals for a day or two then dropping them back down to shock your system. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. What kind of cardio do you do? Maybe throw in some HIIT or add an extra day or two of cardio or longer duration. Just change things up and see where that takes you.

Maybe toss in some green tea, l-carnitine, and beta alanine. Those are good starting points.

Theres a few ways to go about this. You can go the stimulant route and get Velocity XT to fuel your workouts and burn fat. Lean Xtreme for a non stim which has cortisol blocking properties where feedback does show is great for the stomach. Or Napalm and applied in the areas you want.
