My Ultimate Ab Routine
since ive had several emails, messages and comments asking how i got my "great abs" and just like ive told everyone else its easy. I only do 4 exercise they are situps, reverse crunches, decline crunches and haning leg raises. I do 3 sets with 15-fail reps ever time.

at the moment im cutting down to 5% im expecting to take me about 4 more weeks.. just gotta hang in there.. the last couple of pounds r a bitch.. then my obliques will be poppen!

do you want to know why. It's sad people on here do this but hes clearly a fake. He got his main picture from a site that teaches you ho to do abs. Why else do you think all the faces in his profile are whited out. If you google abs that picture comes up on the first page with a face!
