Here is my intermittent fasting progress so far, started at 231 lB and am currently at 175-180 lb depending on water and glycogen.
I understand that I have probably lost a lot of muscle but I have only been weight training once per week and have been focusing mainly on fat loss.
I am going to start hitting the weights hard 3 times per week starting from monday. I am trying to get completely shredded but have no idea how many more pounds I've got to lose.
Could anybody give me any estimates on my current bodyfat % and how many more pounds you think I'll need to lose until I'm shredded?

I dont really do much cardio but I do try and get 3 x 30 min HIIT sessions in each week for improved heart health and increased physical ability. Most weeks I only do one session per week and sometimes I'll go 2 or 3 weeks without doing any cardio at all.
I just make sure that I'm eating under maintenance.
