New Cycle (Dr. Prescribed) Your Thoughts?
My Dr. has me starting an AAS/HGH Cycle (Test Levels Very Low ~ 200)
It has been 10 years since my last cycle. What do you all think I can expect on this 13.3 week cycle? In addition to fairly strenuous anaerobic plan, I also plan to do cardio every day to burn the fat.
The purpose of the therapy is to get me feeling better/less lethargic...but what can I expect in regards to body composition? Doc thinks that body-fat will be cut by about 30-40%, adding 25 lbs of lean mass...
My meal plan is to consume about 350g/protein/day, eliminate simple carbs and limit complex carbs to what I need. Fat intake will be somewhat minimized.
STATS:
36 y.o.
6'2"
302
BF% ~39
CYCLE:
HGH: 2 IU of Tev-Tropin 5/2 (The HGH will be a 6 mo. cycle)
Test Enan: 1.5 mL/week
Deca: 1.5 mL/week
Anavar: (Not yet sure about dosing)
Anastrozole: 0.5 mg every other day
Post Cycle:
HCG: 11,000 Units
Clomid: 51 mg caps
I will post pre and post pics as well.

I concur deca at your weight is a bad idea. Whats your diet/training look like for this cycle. Your diet is what shapes your body.

So the Deca is okay...but just expect to retain H2O? I was surprised that he did not put me on Winstrol...maybe he will next cycle...FYI-His reasoning behind the Deca is the fact that I have had 3 ACL surgeries and he feels the Deca will help the knee, especially when squatting/running...
You are right about the weight. Back surgery after college football injury took me from 202 (and about 14% bf) in 1997 to 302 in 2008...
What can I do to mitigate the bloat and cut fat????
I appreciate all of your input, guys.

hmm Ok Deca for the joint issue I can see his reasoning now.
He has you on an AI that might help mitigate some of the bloat.
To cut the fat your diet will have to be on key. Post up your diet and we can provide you some great feedback to make the most of your cycle.

How detailed should I be? Cals/carbs/fat/prot per day?
I could use suggestions on a diet, thats 4-sho!
Basically 300 gr. Protein, 200 gr. carbs, 40 gr. fat....about 2800 cals?

Ideally you want to eat frequently for both fat loss and muscle gain. Eating frequently speeds up your metabolism to increase fat loss and decreases protein catabolism in your body allowing for optimum muscle gains. Planning your nutrition is very important figuring out what I am going to eat and pre-cooking them in tuber ware the night before has allowed me to stick to eating healthy.
- Eat every 3 hours or as frequent as you can
- Pre-plan / Pre-cook your food for ensured success
- 40% carbs/ 40% protein / 20% fat are great macros for healthy lifestyle
- Understand a caloric intake that works for you (takes some work)
- Your main source of Carbs are complex (Limiting sugar to post workout only ideally) so always pick whole grain foods.
- Drink plenty of water (No brainer)
Sample diet
M1 - Oats, Egg/whites 50/50 ratio
M2-Fish/Veggies (pref salmon)
M3 (Pre workout) Chicken/Brown Rice
M4- (post workout) Shake/Dextrose (For you Shake/oats would be fine)
m5- Meat source/Veggies/Rice (Some fat source from meat if not some Almonds)
m6- Cottage Cheese + natural Peanut butter
If you get hungry between meals Veggies/Apples/natural peanut butter are great options.
Also if you plat. in your fat loss look at carb cycling its doing wonders for me now here is a Link to an article on carb cycling. (works very well for Endo body types)
Edit: If you need more help let me know

Sounds good. Here is what I had planned:
M1: 12 oz. liquid egg white w/2 scoops whey protein & 1/2 cup oats.
M2: MRP 43/20/7 (P/C/F)
M3: 8 oz sirloin, mixed veggies, brown rice
M4: MRP
M5: 2 Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Steamed broccoli (Pre W/O)
M6: MRP & 1/2 cup no-fat cottage cheese
How does it look. Too many MRP?
PS: I am grateful for all of the help!!!

Hmm MRP is better than nothing, many people do entirely liquid diets and have good results, so you will prob be ok.
Actually I am impressed you setup the diet that far shows you did some research, good luck with your cycle bro.

Much thanks to you.
I will post ongoing results. Hopefully that Deca does not make me bloat like a 3 day old corpse!
Back in the mid-90's I cycled a lot and had (approximately) the same meal plan. I think I kept Met-Rx in business for several years...

Bro, you are 100 lbs over weight... no one will notice the deca. You got one cool ****ing doctor. Looks like you'll be fine. Do you watch the biggest loser? None of them get to do all those good drugs... You should drop 70-80 lbs in 4-5 months. Especially since you have weight training experience. Good luck. Stay focused.

so 1.5ml each your running 300mg test total and 450 deca? Or was those totals for 1.5 lol!
Anyways ya I guess your bodyfat is a little high already so aslong as you dont mind the extra bloat while on, atleast it will go away once you get off and you should be alot leaner and harder. Since you already got a high bodyfat and gonna have some bloat make sure you watch the blood pressure, sounds like could be a little problem specially at your weight brotha, keep it safe.

I would talk to him about EQ then for your joints bud.
Deca isn't good as the bloat + your already high weight/bodyfat = more susceptible to excess bloat = more strain on organs/heart...

Thanks, Bro! I hope you are right. I do watch Biggest Loser and believe that I will post results at least that good. Those were my thoughts on the Deca, 1 cycle then switch to EQ or Winstrol maybe?

I think that's a good idea, but since I have the first cycle, I'll deal with the bloat and move on when I hit cycle 2.

watch it with that HCG dose. you're probably better off running the HCG at 500iu/week split into 2-3 doses than loading up on the stuff post cycle. reason being is that HCG in high ddoses is toxic to your leydig cells which are already taxed and desensitized to LH from being supressed for so long. megadosing HCG like that might feel OK for a while but after PCT is over you could be in for a nasty crash. Steroid use causes secondary atrophy of leydig cells. OD on HCG causes primary atrophy. sleepy balls are better than dead balls any day.

I agree with the HCG........ 2000 every 3rd day is probably too much. 250-500iu per day 5 days a wk is probably much better. I always get great results from low dose HCG for 2-3 wks toward the last 3-4 wks of your cycle.

I'm getting some bruising around the navel where the HGH injections are going...not painful, just faint bruising...is this pretty normal? Is it from aspiration?
My Deca came in, will add it to the test-e on Saturday. Also got my B-12 vials, gonna run 1 mL a week IM.

Did first injection of Test-E & Deca today. After one week, weight remained the same, but lost 2% body fat. I need to stick to diet better. I did okay, but not nearly good enough.

Alright Vegas..... Drugs are easy to do. I just looked at your pic. You have a lot to work with so start posting your work out or work load maybe a better way to put it. This way we can hold you accountable for progressing in the amount of work you get done in shorter and shorter time periods. the drugs will kick in soon enough.
I would like to see a ton of interval cardio training and 5 days of weights with relatively small rest intervals.
Good luck and keep us posted. Since I have been posting a pic up once a wk it has been a lot easier for me to stay focused through the wk. Can't let this community down. ya know.

I'm starting a Steroid program after being off 16years...
Hello to the honest guys here...
I've decided to give my body a second chance! at almost 46 years old.
My athletic Bankground :
Body : 6ft 4 300lbs
Bodyfat about -+ 25%
Sports 10 years of serious Rugby in England & France
12 years of semi pro American Football
started weights at 13 years old ! my Dad was a 1950's bodybuilder.
At 22 in 1985 did my 1st and only bodybuilding competition I came 5th out of 14. But I was soon recruited to play US Football in Europe (the boom years).
I've had many short lived comebacks some for 3/4 months, then, 8 months off resulting in fat gains of about 2kg's a year!
Married life takes it's share of the blame but lazyness and the lack of direction no more trophies to go for no competions etc, lasitude and when my wife came into my life she emptied my home Pharmacy. Until recently, she has accepted that I give it another go...Thank God ! I need the boost.
I've looked at the Cycle logs and especially the one by Big Cat that is :
13 weeks in duration
weeks 1-12 250-500mg Testosterone enanthate (ie a double 250mg a week)
weeks 2Week 1-2 : Boldenone Undecylenate 600-800 mg/week
Week 3-12 : Boldenone Undecylenate 300-400 mg/week
Week 6-13 : Stanozolol 50-100 mg/day
Week 12-14 : HCG 3000/3000/1500/1500 IU / 5days (Gonadotrophine)
Week 12-17 : Tamoxifen Citrate 20 mg/day (novaldex)
Week 14-15 : Clomiphene Citrate 100 mg/day
Week 16-17 : Clomiphene Citrate 50 mg/day
Week 14-15 : (Spironolactone) 50 mg/day
My diet :
High Protein min Carbs low fats
Meal1 turkey carpaccio around 200gms 4eggs 50/50 Fruits 1/2 desert bowl
Meal2 Protein shake 3 scoops about +50gms/60gms protein in water
Meal 3 Meat 200gms rice brown beans 50gms some salads
Meal 4 Protein shake 2 scoops in water
Meal 5 Meat 300gms small amount of rice
Meal 6 Protein shake 2 scoops in water
I should be having almost 1kg (2.2lbs) of red meat a day but i'm closer to 800gms. Other protein sources add 180gms so, I'm almost at 1kg protein.
My training is :
Serious stretching 15 minutes
Abs 10sets of 20/25 reps
5/6days a week
Day 1 Quads/ Pecs
Day 2 Back/Hamstrings

Week 6-13 : Stanozolol 50-100 mg/day
Week 12-14 : HCG 3000/3000/1500/1500 IU / 5days (Gonadotrophine)
Week 12-17 : Tamoxifen Citrate 20 mg/day (novaldex)
Week 14-15 : Clomiphene Citrate 100 mg/day
Week 16-17 : Clomiphene Citrate 50 mg/day
Week 14-15 : (Spironolactone) 50 mg/day
My diet :
High Protein min Carbs low fats
Meal1 turkey carpaccio around 200gms 4eggs 50/50 Fruits 1/2 desert bowl
Meal2 Protein shake 3 scoops about +50gms/60gms protein in water
Meal 3 Meat 200gms rice brown beans 50gms some salads
Meal 4 Protein shake 2 scoops in water
Meal 5 Meat 300gms small amount of rice
Meal 6 Protein shake 2 scoops in water
I should be having almost 1kg (2.2lbs) of red meat a day but i'm closer to 800gms. Other protein sources add 180gms so, I'm almost at 1kg protein.
My training is :
Serious stretching 15 minutes
Abs 10sets of 20/25 reps
5/6days a week
Day 1 Quads/ Pecs
Day 2 Back/Hamstrings

You are 100 pounds overweight. Try cardio and a diet.
I am 38 and in the gym 6 days a week. Cardio for the summer is twice a day.
You will be 20lbs heavier and in worse shape than before on that cycle.
I would love for you to prove me wrong but there is a reason you put on this weight and no steroid on the planet will take it off without alot of very hard work and serious dieting.
No magic bullets. Lose the weight then get on.
