I'm looking for low sugar/carb options.
Walden farms is ok, but I dont love it like I do normal BBQ sauce. But I can't seem to "dry dock" the old chicken and steak gotta cover it in something...What do you guys do?

mrs. dash, garlic, cholula pepper, mustard, and kc masterpiece makes a bomb low calorie bbq sauce without hfcs.

If you like spicy:
Pour a LOT of whole (full circle) black pepper corn into a baggy. Take a hammer and mash up the pepper until you like the size. Pour the pepper into some olive oil, crushed red pepper, oregano, some chopped garlic and other spices. Make sure the consistency is thick. Then spread it on top of the meat before you cook it. Mmm is that good! Add some salt if it's too bland for you.

Steak:
Salt and pepper
Lamb:
Crushed rosemary.
