anti hangover prep kit
Going out tonight and planning on getting trashed, but i have some important things to do tomorrow, so i can't be all hungover and such...
so when i get home at like 4 i'm going to have a bunch of stuff laid out to consume so that i dont feel hungover in the morning.
so far i've got
Gallon of water
Multi vitamin
Orange
what else could i take

liquid multivitamins always do the trick for me. about a table spoon or two with some juice or gaterade before the night and before bed

lol, simply dont drink to much. taking muilti vit will not kill a hangover.. who ever told you that should be shot. but yes i do somewhat agree with drinking a ****load of water before bed cause it helps keep you hydrated and flush the toxins out of your system

Some stuff I usually take after a hard night:
Litre of water
Multivitamin
Banana
Aspirin/Tylenol
And I keep some Gravol and 2 Tylenol bedside for first thing in the morning.
