Any of you guys experience wrist pain from lifting? I think it happened on Friday when I FINALLY did a few reps at 30# for my bicep curls.

Anyways, it has been sore since and this morning after my cardio session and my ab workout on the ab slings, I became numb from the elbow down! The numbness has been going in and out this morning. I worked out arms yesterday and did not even try the 30# dumbells. I noticed my wrist made a small popping noise! I bought a wrist wrap and was wearing it. It helped, but not too much.
Do you think I should layoff for a week? I don't really want to... or I can move to lighter weights. Any advice would help.
