well i went and worked out, then i came home and was hungry as fuk...this is what i ate
4 whole eggs/w cheese on top
1 small peace of steak
2 sausage patties
a **** load of brocholli with cheese on it
1 diet coke plus...
is that bad though?

OMG 4 whole eggs? Are you crazy!? You actually ate that yellow thing in the middle of the egg? And sausages and steak! So much cholesterol and saturated fat. You're in for some real health and heart problems now mr. I hope for your sake you see the doctor first thing tomorrow.
Come to think of it, it might be safest to just go to the ER right now and tell them what you did. They might be able to pump your stomach or something.Keto dropped > 125lbs

Sounds like my pre workout meal every few days minus the sausage and a really big piece of steak or pot roast
oh and lots of butter in the broccoli and for frying teh eggiesjust lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *
