    High Protein Low Fat Meals???

What are the best high protein meals with little fat and medium carbs you guys are eating?

Currently on my version of a Paleo diet, just a little more carbs so I'm not constantly fatigued.

Anyway I have been eating plain chicken, high protein to little fat steaks (thin steaks), and shrimp lately. I am around three weeks in and getting tired of the same meals. I know that it's not suppose to be easy and always taste good but I'm curious to what kind of meals you guys make. I also want to broaden my choices within the types of spices/side dishes I consume.

Current Macros 200 Protein, 60-65g Fat, 150g Carbs to around 2000 calories a day (Like I said not following exact Paleo diet to the tee but doing it to a version I can work with)

Are you aware that a quick google search could get you an answer? Also, there are literally THOUSANDS of different things you can eat with high protein/"medium carbs".

What works for you, doesn't work the same for the rest. Try and find out what works best

First, I'd ask yourself, what's the harm of having some fat? e.g. Many types of food with fats like olive oil, avocados, almonds, etc have benefits.

Anyway, if you're looking for high-protein and low fat, you've already found some of the core foods: lean meat. Greek yogurt is high protein and low fat. You can make it have carbs by adding whole grains, fruit, etc. But I'd say lean meat is better for you than greek yogurt.

I used to get bored with chicken aswell so I started incorporating white fleshed fish into my diet. Tilapia with salt/pepper and lemon juice is amazing. Carbs are pretty straight forward. White rice, brown rice, jasmine rice, potatos, yams, oats

Maybe get a few different sauces, look at some cookbooks, watch cooking shows if you are bored with your meals.

Some people review their macro goals to see if they are reasonable. Eating just a little more fat and carb and a little less protien can widely increase meal options.
