Sorry to jump in on this but I had a similar question..
Pre-cardio I had 1/3 cup of oats, 1 banana and 1 scoop of whey blended, did my cardio 20 minutes afterwards, after my cardio I had 1 scoop ON Whey with 1 scoop MM Light (Casein) in water. Should I keep both of these? Ditch one?
