so here it is.
meal 1. shake consisting of
1 scoop of whey (120) (24)
8 ounces skim milk (80) (8)
3/4 cup of oats (225)
frozen banana (100)
spoonfull of pb (270)
meal 2.
turkey sub (6 inch ww wheat w/ turkey and cheese and veggies) (550) (50)
apple (80)
meal 3.
two pices ww toast (150)
pb (360)
3.5 glasses skim milk (280) (28)
meal 4 pre workout
scoop and a half of whey in skim milk (260) (45)
1/2 cup of oats (150)
fruit (100)
meal 5 post workout
scoop and a half whey in water (180) (36)
two servings of gatoraide (300)
banana (100)
meal 6.
something like spagetti w/ ww pasta and a salad
or lean grilled burgers on ww bread
or chicken and rice w/ veggies (700) (50)
comes out to about 4,000 calories. and about 240 grams of protein.

anyone else? and btw i didn't count protein from things like oats, bread, pb ect... idk if your supposed to or not, i've hurd both.
