Iight guys my bad for the drug posts, lol i was high and i already did all that ****, i was bored and wanted to see if any of u did it. But foreal ive been on rippetoes for one month, my lifts went up as following, squat-135-185-press-80-110 bench-155-185-dead-135-215-bentrows-125-175, i did rows cuz i felt more comfortable thn cleans, but now i realize i wanna gain power, and cleans are a very good excerize to gain power, my question is on workout B, can i do bent over rows and power cleans, or will it screw things up. Im thinking of adding it this week, any help would be appreciated.
