shut up. anybody in this thread could snap you in half
try going heavier with less reps. a spotter helps mentally. 2 weeks ago i didnt think i could do 185, so i asked a guy to spot me, and it was easy as **** i was like wtf. and i was doing 155-175 before that. then i tried 205 last week and i could put up 7 reps on my last set. i was blown away.
you're stronger than you think. a lot of it is mental. but go heavier weight less reps
great job for your age man. by the time you're my age youll easily be at 225+
nice i can hit 80's on dbs on incline. 75+ is a LOT i see most people doing >60's
keep eating and training you will get there
