at my home i just put on the stereo, but at my school gym they play gay pop so i use my ipod and just slip it into my short pocket.

i prefer using a stereo like they have at my school gym (im usually the first one there so i just plug my ipod into the stereo and play what i want). since i dont go there that often im stuck using headphones at the ymca. gets irritating when they fall out especially during a heavy set

i use a sterio at the y. everyone that works out there all lieks rock, so its all good.
