hormone manipulation?
I have currently been doing a push pull routine, the exact routine is
push
pull
off
big day- get to that
off
arms
legs
on the big day I do squats, bench, and deads all 5x5. the reason was to increase test. levels to get better results.
my question is has anybody tried this or anything like this, and if you are familiar with the concepts- any advise?
