hormone manipulation?

I have currently been doing a push pull routine, the exact routine is
push
pull
off
big day- get to that
off
arms
legs

on the big day I do squats, bench, and deads all 5x5. the reason was to increase test. levels to get better results.
my question is has anybody tried this or anything like this, and if you are familiar with the concepts- any advise?

My only advice is: remember, transient hormone levels have not been shown to increase or decrease lean mass gains. This is one of the reasons the first Andro supplements didn't work.

In my opinion and experience, the very best way to manipulate hormones was when I used Dr. Dipasquale's "Anabolic Diet". If done properly, you can gain lots of lean mass, while gaining very little or even losing bodyfat. He used it on the WBF (Vince McMahon's) bodybuilders years agao.
