Pasta conversion

Hey guys, how do you all convert your dry pasta measurements to cooked? I've read on google that 2 oz dry equals anywhere from 1/2 cup to 2 cups cooked. Big difference!

pasta is a great bulker... i eat it all the time w/ marinara, parm cheese , olive oil, meatballs....

there are a ton of calories per serving, and it tastes great, low in fat

thats not what he's asking...lol

usually on the pasta i eat, on the nutritional facts the serving size usually says x amount (dry)

try looking for the boxes that measure it dry.
