    Best Supplements To Lose Body Fat!!

    I am currently around 15% bf and i am wanting some help on what supps would be best to take to lose bf. I am wanting to get down around 10% in the next 8 weeks, also any diet help would also be appreciated..Thanks...

    I agree with these 2 for sure...never used Napalm...

    also, as far as diet, I have found for me the best way to lose fat quickly is CKD...around 60/35/5. How well it works really depends on how sensitive you are to carbs though...

    If your not a beginner then you should realize that any supplement offered here is only going to help you marginally. Not saying they are not useful to add on, but seriously, its just going to take a tighter diet or working out even harder. You probably just hit a plateau.

    alright man:

    i am not saying you should take this but it is the absolute best bang for the buck weightloss/strength boosting at the same time 'supplement'

    but damn u need nerves of steal to handle it (jitters man, the jitters)

    its called clenbuterol (clen for short)

    and i have used it on and off for the last 2 years.

    my preferred method of use is 2 days ON, 1 day OFF and then every couple of days I take 2-3 days off (like a weekend or something)

    but use caution this **** isn't for little kids.

    Man Scorch is the most impressive formulated thermo IMO.

    Lean Xtreme is reported to be great.

    TTA (DCP from RPN) products seem to be incredibly effective, just drink enough water and keep electrolytes flowing.

    I would recommend USPLabs Anabolic Pump as it will make the food you eat more efficient; it causes glucose to go to muscle cells and it inhibits their uptake in fat cells. Therefore, you gain muscle and lose fat.

    I would also recommend:
    -Fish Oil
    -Acetyl-l-carnitine
    -l-tyrosine

    Deadlift: 525 lbs at 164 lb body weight. No straps. 3.2 x bw.

    I workout @ 5am about 5 days aweek. Ive used lipo 6 and got absolutely no results, and hydroxycut hc and i could see some results mostly water weight.

    also fyi i am current taking, dymatize whey protein, universal animal pak, fish oil, super aminos 4800mg as this moment.

    if you didn't see results, it was because you diet was off, legal fatburners are not going to do the work for you, they are just going to help.

    My best guess of a useful formulation for fat loss would but ephedrine/caffine in conjuction with TTA, or just TTA (i.e. DCP, Burn3d, whatever else that has TTA people mostly report as effective). Unless there's been a major breakthrough recently I imagine those are the most responsive routes -- aside lowering caloric intake.

    It seems fucoxanthin may promote fat loss (more importantly it's anti-angiogenic) but it's still pending human trials.

    Others: Raspberry ketones, GTE, caffeine, caralluma fimbriata, macuna pruriens, green coffee extract, oolong tea extract, vipocetine.
