    Why the creatine hate?

Everybody I talk to about creatine and whatever (with the exception of a friend who takes it, and he's made some serious gains over the last 6 months) acts like it's steroids. I don't take it now but I might start, but there's a lot of hostility. Like it's cheating or adding "fake muscles" (true quote).

    It's not steroids.

The reason I don't take it is because of the very real kidney stone threat. I am aware that taking in enough water negates this threat, but I don't think drinking 1.5 gals H2O a day would be very good for you either (overworks kidneys).

regardless of how much water i drink, i still manage to get gnawing aches in my abdominal region from creatine, it's probably my liver or spleen.
it works though, you feel the difference.

IF THE CREATINE MAKES YOU HURT, DON'T USE IT.
Same with any other supp. or chemical.

Is that for creatine monohydrate? Check out Nos Ether. I'm using that. I don't seem to have to pee more than usual. It doesnt use creatine mono.
