I have a bottle of Lipo 6 thats half full that i haven't used, it says it expired 1/08, would it still be safe to use? Some of the capsules feel alil oily. Same for hydroxycut hardcore, it says it expired 2/08, would it still be safe?
If these aren't safe to use what would u recommend for me to buy new, i work full time and go to school full time and haven't been able to go to the gym, i started to gain weight and i need to keep it off. thanks

I wouldn't worry about it. The ephedrine I'm using is almost one and a half years old and just as potent as the first day I used it. Granted my tolerance now is higher than it was when I started but it's held up just fine for a year and a half as well as the caffeine I have from the same time.

thanks guys, now i have one more question, i will be taking this without being able to do exercise everyday, i dont have time with work and school, i will only be able to do a full workout on tuesdays while on the other days i won't have time to go to the gym, i will only have maybe 30minutes of time to do some sit-ups and push ups. Will i still be burning fat and hopefully losing weight without the exercise? i know obviously not as much but just enough for me to notice?
