Pain when flexing bicep during curls..

I've been noticing lately when doing standing curls/hammers, when I pull to the top and squeeze for a second, it gives a weird sensation...hard to describe...not like, I ripped the muscle, but just like a sensation that's sorta like those electric lighters that shock you when you touch them, I dunno...I'm using perfect form and not overdoing the weight...it makes me nervous to continue squeezing as hard, but as far as I know squeezing the bicep for a good second is good, correct? Any thoughts are appreciated..

Arnold schwarzenegger always said to squeeze for that last litte bit of contraction, pretty much for every excercise. Still you can strain anything even if using perfect form, im not sure what that sensation your talking about is though.

Yeah I know my description was pretty crummy but I don't know how to put it into words properly...I'll pay more attention next time and relay the info..
