Pain when flexing bicep during curls..
I've been noticing lately when doing standing curls/hammers, when I pull to the top and squeeze for a second, it gives a weird sensation...hard to describe...not like, I ripped the muscle, but just like a sensation that's sorta like those electric lighters that shock you when you touch them, I dunno...I'm using perfect form and not overdoing the weight...it makes me nervous to continue squeezing as hard, but as far as I know squeezing the bicep for a good second is good, correct? Any thoughts are appreciated..
