    Hyper Extended/sprained left shoulder

I sprained/hyperextended my left shoulder a few days ago playing basketball. I was wondering if it would be alright to do legs on machines, and maybe even do some bi/tri/forearm crap with my good arm? Would that be advisable or would it be messed up just working out one arm.

Don't see why you couldn't use leg machines. Also you could probably get away with using both arms for curls providing your shoulder plays absolutely no part in the movement. So perhaps just use a little less weight to lesson the chance of you using your shoulder to complete the movement?

I bet you can get away with preacher curls. And maybe a tricep machine thatll let you keep your shoulder stationary? I hate tri machines but its better than nothing.
