I am New to BB.com and Bodyspace.
But I have finally gotten a trainer and sticking to plan. Lifting heavy and eating clean with some cardio..

Cardio was a KILLER this morning because I have back off so much. I can tell I have lost some fitness.
Today Friday May 16th plan
Cardio~ ON and Done 30 minute elliptical
Water~ 3/4 to 1 gallon
Weights~ Lower
Meals:
Meals
M1:
1 Whole Wheat Protein Waffle
1 scoop Mochacappicino Whey
8 oz Skim
M2:
1/2c CC
Banana
1 tbsp Nut Butter
M3:
6 ozChicken
2cup Romain Salad
Berries
M4:
1 scoop vanilla goat Whey
1/2 scoop orange isolate
15 Nuts
Grapes and Strawberries

Taking some time off can definitely make a difference in regards to cardio! Good job though  Your food looks awesome! Do you mix the vanilla whey w/ the orange isolate? (In meal 4?)

It is Monday and I am feeling great. Had a wonderful weekend with hubby. Beautiful weather but went too fast.. I had my last cheat meal of Ribs, Corn, Baked Beans, and Beer for at least 2 weeks. I want to kick start my fat burning..

Yes I just switch machines.. If I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio. I do 15 minutes on elliptical and then 15 on treadmill.. I get bored of cardio, now so I have to switch it up.. But it really works..
