I thought this was up and running now -- why are my orders still being sent from Idaho?

The new warehouse will officially begin shipping an estimated 2,000 orders per day starting on March 5, 2008. "We are very excited about the addition of our Pennsylvania warehouse, but we don't plan on stopping there. We are constantly looking at different avenues to increase service levels for our customers, and will continue to look at new areas of opportunity for our domestic and international customers,"

Sometimes you wish people could be a part of the sheer massive task involved with opening something like this, in order to appreciate that delays happen.

Try stocking a 10's of thousands of items from 300 manufacturers...its never been done on time as far as I know (I used to do this in the food distribution industry...it sucked...I dont do it anymore)
You probably ordered something the new place doesn't have yet, so they had to route it from Idaho. If DEE PEE ES was out of stock you'd have to wait 2 weeks for backorder, at least bb.com has the ability to ship things from various locations. The Dark Knight...Rises.

Hmm... that's strange. I ordered:
BSN Syntha-6, 2.91 Lbs., Strawberry Milk Shake
Controlled Labs Orange Triad, 270 Tablets
PrimaForce Max CLA, 90 Softgels
Designer Supplements Lean Xtreme, 90 Capsules
CytoSport Muscle Milk, 2.47 Lbs, Cake Batter
I guess my products aren't available yet in the PA warehouse... oh well. Better luck next time I guess!

My order shiped from PA and it took the same amount of time as if it where comming from Florida( I live in WV). When you look at there shipping time map I am on the 1-2 day range, so I dont know what gives.
