I have some micronized creatine by high power, and it says to take 1 teaspoon daily. and i hear people taking creatine 3 times daily.
is 1 teaspoon= 5 grams or what?

No, they'd be taking 15 grams. I've heard of people doing this. What you're supposed to do it take 20 grams per day for the 1st week, that is the 'loading phase', then just take 5g/day afterwards. The only side effect of excess intake of creatine is a waste of money and having to consume more of the disgusting **** anyway lol.

to add to this old... old post, I have purchased the Performance Inspired micronized creatine. It says 1 tablespoon is 5g, however in maintenance, the instructions say to take 2 tablespoons a day. Thats 10 grams per day after loading. Isnt the recommended dosage for creatine 3-5g a day? This seems like a lot unless i am not understanding the instructions.
