I was also till I found out it was priced at 68.99 and then remembered the 10% tax we need to pay locally to support the 0% of our folks on welfare and the 1% crime rate......Im a cheap SOB when it comes to supplements for some reason ill shop for an hour and post on here to save 11 bucks on my order....I would never work for 11 bucks/hr though.
Oh BTW how much protein does someone with 140lbs of LBM need a day to keep from breaking down? 150 grams?

1 gram/ kg of body weight is what's generally accepted, which comes out to about 65g/day.
Too many people put WAY too much focus on the amount of protein they think they need to consume. I'm sitting at 240 and I take in 100-125 g/day and you know what? I'm easily maintaining my bodyweight and I'm setting PRs on a weekly basis. There are quite a few pro strongmen that will agree with me.

use chunk light tuna the mercurty is at a minimm for a while i was doing 4+ cans daily and mercury was fine (about a 3 month stretch)
