Can you complete this workout?!
I just completed another one of the hardest workouts of my life. It consisted of 1500 reps. Strictly for conditioning. Our crossfit high performance team decided today would be a day of destroying us. I am about 6 weeks out from a fight so I hope these workouts keep improving my strength and speed as they have been.
Write it down and try it out!
100 air squats
100 box jumps
50 front squat to a press with 25lbs on each side of bench bar
100 sit ups
100 reverse crunches
50 side core plank dips
50 double unders with jump rope
100 push ups
25 pull ups
50 burpees
25 handstand push ups
50 wall balls with 20lb med ball
50 kettle bell high pulls with 35 lb kettle bell
50 jump squats
50 rockies (resistance band jumps with explosion)
50 dead lifts with 135lbs
100 bicycle crunches
100 mountain climbers
50 thirty yard sprints
50 dips
50 resistance rows
50 resistance presses
50 back extensions
50 supermans

There is no set time for how long it should take. Just as fast as you can and then the next time try to beat that time. It took me about 52 min to complete. Try to beat my time

I'd rather do a workout that has less reps and focuses on better form instead of rushing to finish. But a plateau will be achieved after just a few weeks, I believe. Not to mention, the recovery time must take more than 2 days.

it is a test more so than a work out, ment to test your physical ability.
I do agree you should not make this a regular workout routine. I would just atempt it once a month to use as a progress marker.

Fifty-two MINUTES? That would take me 52 WEEKS to complete!
Looks like a great strength and endurance test and would definitely get your lungs working!
