Quinoa (grain)
I know most of you already know about this stuff but for those that do not. I consider oatmeal As one of the best things we can eat. I rate this close to it.
Per 1/4 cup dry

29g Carbs
Dietary fiber 5g
Sugar 3g
Protein 5g Quinoa is considered a complete protein.
It is easy to prepare and I love it!! I feal it is far better than brown rice. I cook a weeks worth at a time. Sorry if I annoyed anybody with this post but those who havent tryed it, should. Have a great Day
