just keep changing exercises and routines and you shouldnt plateau. also you might just be overtraining. and yes. always use a spotter when lifting super heavy.

proper nutrition and supplementation are the usuals but proper spotting will get you HUGE GAINS.

I've gotten my bench and deadlift up....but I need to improve my SQUAT to reach the 1000 lb club....i'm close.....about 94 lbs away....

yar I had the problem , I'm well over it now though I'm like 1000 + 400 , I made that up on my squat + deads . My bench is pretty weak . Ideally I'd like to get to 1500 soon

yeah just change the exercise if it concerns not progressing in strength. If you're not gaining muscle or actually losing weight, take a week off and do nothing but eat and rest. If this is the case you are no doubt overtraining and inducing catabolism (muscle shrinkage.
