Nope not if you want to get ripped. Look up the ingrediants in your cereal. Read them. If you dont know what some of those ingrediants are than dont eat that cereal. Do the same thing with the yogurt.
Most BB'ers eliminate all dairy from their diet when cutting. You will never know what you can achieve untll you try.

Okay, my opinion? Bulk. As you can tell from my avatar, im kinda small too. I tried to go straight for the abs....didnt work. You gotta pick up your mass first. Do squats, cleans, and bench 3x a week. In a month, you will notice a difference. And I mean clean bulk. You wont add much fat that way (and guessing from your size, you will probably drop fat and tone up). Amazing what a diet and lifting can do!!

Each egg has 5 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein. When you take the yolk out you eliminate the fat and take out a small amount of the protein. Whats easier? Buy liquid egg whites. Why do you need the yolk? For taste?
Want a tasty way to eat your egg whites? Make protein pancakes. Completely fat free, full of good carbs ( from oats ) and full of protein. You will never know what you can achieve untll you try.

lol egg yolk is a healthy source of fat bro. I don't see why you'd want to eliminate the yolk if you're in need of a fat source. It's not about making the eggs tasty, although it's a plus, it's about the optimal amount of nutrients you get from the whole egg. Egg whites no doubt are good as well, but the egg yolk serves a purpose as well.

So then people on KETO are doing it all wrong? There eating whole eggs, seem to be getting along just fine. I'm not arguing with you dude just trying to see your line of reasoning.
I eat 4-6 whole eggs a day mixed with egg whites etc., and I seem to be losing weight just fine. Maybe when you're at sub 10% BF it's a different story or preparing for a competition, but for the average joe with no cholesterol problems looking to get leaner (to around 10%) I don't see how it would be a problem."Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve". - Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich
