What's the difference between ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein & Pro Complex?

GS 100% Whey is just that. 100% whey protein. Pro Complex is a blend of whey, egg, additional bcaa's and a vitamin mineral mix.I

I too prefer complex over 100%.. I've had much better results with pro complex

for the price...i just get 100% and buy a tub of bcaa's, along with others. for the price is pro complex worth it....maybe to some, just not to me.

Is that all it is? It is a little more expensive than the 100% whey, but it's more than just more BCAAs. It's a blend of different proteins.

100% whey is our regular protein isolate -concentrate best used pre and postworkout, PC is a blend of egg protein and whey etc and is best used for throughout the day between meals etc. PC is also a little bit more spendy

Stick to 100% whey dude. Pro Comp has different types of protein in addition to the BCAAs

Hey guys, I don't want to start a new thread so after searching I found this recent thread about the same thing I was researching.
I just bought Pro Complex. All I'm looking for is the best possible pre and post workout shake. I eat well throughout the day so I'm strictly looking for pre & post shakes. Which would I be better off going with?Never be satisfied

get some 100% Whey, some ON Casein, and some Xtend........well, thats what i'm gonna do anyways, but if your on a budget, go with the complex
